When you purchase any Lampworking-tools product, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it to us (with no questions asked) for a 100% refund. Returns must be in the original packaging,and returned in resalable condition. If you charged your purchase, you will receive a credit within 10-14 business days of our receipt of your return.

After 30 days, you may exchange the product for one of equal value or for merchandise credit. Any new item(s) will be shipped within 5-7 days of our receipt of your return and the appropriate credit or new charge(s) applied to your card.
